From 'My Account' choose 'manage site editors'.
From here you can 'create a new editor account' or edit the details & permissions of existing editors.
Complete the account details and click 'Add new account'
Click to add permissions for the editor.
You are presented with a list of your web pages, to add permissions to a particular section click on the name. You will be presented the following options:

Editor can update the content of this page.

Editor can create new pages beneath this one.
|
Editor can remove this page and any beneath it.
Tick the check box to allow the user this permission
The bar to the left of the section will change colour, dark blue means the user has full control (all check boxes ticked), light blue means they only have partial control.
Click 'Back to Manage Editors' to finish.
