How do I format the page nicely?

The best way to format pages is to use tables, which allow you a fine degree of control over where stuff sits on a page.

There a pages pre-formatted with tables (see 'How do I change the structure of a page?)

or you can format your own, as follows:

Click the 'table' icon to bring up the table properties window

The maximum width of the page is 700, so enter 700 pixels in the width column.
For this example we will start with a 1 by 3 table.
Enter '1' into the rows field, and '3' into the columns field.
Leave the border size on 1 so the boxes are visable, we will turn this off later.
Click 'OK' to create the box, it should look like this:

Click into the middle row, then right click and choose 'cells > split cells'

Using this basic frame we can construct a simple page.

Format text with 'Heading 1'

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Nunc mi tortor, aliquet vel, posuere quis, egestas sed, turpis. Nulla ac massa. Fusce faucibus. Nulla non arcu. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Donec molestie. Etiam ornare sagittis dui. Aliquam ac magna tincidunt odio tempor facilisis.
A footer note. Aligned to the right by right clicking in the cell and choosing the horizontal alignment 'Right'

To finish the page right click inside one of the cells and choose 'Table Properties'. Reduce the border to '0'
